By accessing or using the services provided by Digii Developerz ("Company," "we," "us," or
"our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms,
please do not use our services.

Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 50% advance required
before project commencement
- Milestone Payments: Payments as per
agreed milestones
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due
before final delivery
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI,
PayPal, or other agreed methods
- Late Payments: May result in project
pause or additional charges
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on the scope of work. Actual delivery may vary based on:
- Timely provision of required content and materials
- Prompt feedback and approvals
- Scope changes or additional requirements
- Third-party dependencies
Revisions Policy

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all project deliverables become your
property
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio
- Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) are subject
to their licenses
- Source files delivered as per agreement
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Project not started
- Major scope change by us
- Inability to deliver as promised
Not Eligible
- Work already delivered
- Client-side delays or changes
- Scope creep without agreement
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for work completed to date
- Deliverables released based on payment received
- Confidential information returned or destroyed
Limitation of Liability
Digii Developerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
